Carmel Health & Living offers a wide range of services within our COPD Specialty Program including a Transitional Care Nurse to assist in care coordination and a partnership with Respiratory Partners.

Respiratory Partners will visit our patient (upon request) in the hospital prior to discharge to facilitate a smooth transition to our community, provide 24/7 respiratory therapy assistance, visit resident at a minimum weekly & adjust visits based on the resident’s need and provide ongoing education.

We also offer lung expansion therapy, non-invasive vent management, sleep apnea management and airway clearance & management.
