The short-term rehabilitation program at Carmel Health & Living Community offers a full range of orthopedic services including therapy interventions, clinical management and a Transitional Care Nurse to assist in care coordination.

Therapy Interventions include in-house therapy staff, pain control using state of the art equipment, Omni-cycle for range of motion, strength, balance, and walking mechanics, a Home Transitions Program including home assessment and outpatient therapy to maintain consistency.

As part of clinical management, we offer pain management, DVT prophylaxis, anti-coagulant monitoring and incision care.
